Important Notice
- The above fees include consumption tax. School fees may change in the future due to changes in tax rates.
- In addition to the above, you will need to pay a separate insurance premium for the International Student Accident Insurance. The insurance premium for the duration of your studies will be paid in one lump sum.
- The admission fee includes the facility maintenance fee.
- The application fee will not be refunded even if you are unable to obtain a Certificate of Eligibility.
- As a rule, fees paid will not be refunded after the Certificate of Eligibility has been handed over, but in the event of local visa refusal or withdrawal of admission, fees will be refunded excluding the selection fee and admission fee. (Please bear the refund transfer fee.) In this case, the original Certificate of Eligibility must be returned. The period until the return will be deducted from the tuition fees paid.
- In principle, tuition fees and other payments will not be refunded once a student has been expelled or dropped from school for personal reasons.
- As a rule, tuition fees are to be paid for one year at the time of enrollment. From the second year onwards, the next year's tuition fee is to be paid at the beginning of the term. (For those taking the half-year course, half-year tuition fee is to be paid.) *In addition, materials fees and international student insurance fees are required.
Permission for activities other than those permitted by status of residence
*Once they enter Japan, international students can work part-time if they receive permission from the Director of the Regional Immigration Bureau.
*However, this is limited to 28 hours per week (40 hours per week during long holidays).
*In addition, part-time work related to the adult entertainment industry is prohibited. You must abide by these rules.
- About the student dormitory
- Dormitory fee: 25,000 yen/month (2 people per room) *Utility fees (approximately 5,000 yen) are included. However, additional fees will be incurred depending on the amount of electricity used.
- In addition, a 20,000 yen security deposit and 30,000 yen key money are required when moving in.
- Admission process
STEP1
The guarantor will meet with our school staff.
STEP2
Submit the necessary documents and pay the selection fee (20,000 yen)
STEP3
Our school submits documents to the Nagoya Immigration Bureau
STEP4
- The Nagoya Immigration Bureau issues a Certificate of Eligibility to our school.
- Payment of fees
- The school will send the Certificate of Eligibility to the guarantor or the student.
- Submit your Certificate of Eligibility and passport to a Japanese embassy or consulate.
- Obtaining an entry visa
